The "Stingbeam" Pulse Laser is a common direct fire weapon utilized by Ijad mobile frames.

Description

“	The Ijad “stingbeam” pulse laser makes use of Ijad optical technologies to deliver four pulses of light 30% more powerful per joule than any SU laser technology. Because this allows them to be small for their output, Ijad engineers usually mount them to a swivel on top of Scrambler frames, giving them a wide field of attack.	”

System Loadout

Notes

The "stingbeam" is colloquially known in some circles as the "eyeball." This may have arisen from the Ijad practice of decorating the weapon's housing with slogans or quotations in their native script, giving it a 'veined' appearance.
